SHIPPING POLICY

Within USA, it will be a flat rate shipping $8.95. All Items will be shipped within 48 hours once payment is received from Los Angeles, California. We have an experienced Shipping Department that operates from 8am - 4pm (Pacific) Mon-Fri and we do not offer pickups.

 

Shipping Dept is Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and All National Holidays.

We ship Postal Service Priority mail in most cases and all delivery dates are estimated by our carriers and they may vary.  Rush Delivery such as Overnight or 2nd Day and 3 Days are available upon request. Also, if you make a purchase from outside the USA, Please e-mail for quote on shipping cost.

If we are out of stock on an item, please be understanding. Even though we have a large warehouse dedicated to shipping your order, sometimes we may be short on some sizes. We will contact you and let you know how long your back order may take.

Deliveries of goods or packages to any P.O. Box address are not available.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be pleased with both your order and our customer service and our return policy is simple; if we made a mistake we will refund the original cost and return shipping fees.

If there is no mistake on our part, you may return product within 10 days from its delivery date. Product must be in its original condition/packaging (unopened sealed packages and clean). Returned item can't be disassembled or damaged by assembly or neglect.

 

Returned goods without authorization number (RGA#) will be rejected. Please send request for RMA# via email only. Product returns that are returned for credit will be subject to twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. Shipping and/or handling charges on the original order are not refundable. We are not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items.

Special-ordered products per customer’s request are NOT returnable for any reason and items that are used, damaged, deformed or altered in any ways will NOT be accepted.

For all returns, please include a copy of the invoice which shows your name and order number.
